All my life I’ve just spoken to people and never took the time to make sure they fully understood what was being said. I just assumed and always expected they did understand and if I’m honest it has caused me some problems.

After doing this course and gaining a better understanding of communication and what both parties should do to duplicate to make it a reality is refreshing to know. Now I take more time to communicate making sure the other person or persons have understood before making it our reality.

I have learned a lot from the course.

First, by increasing the reality and affinity with someone, you will increase the communication with them.

Second, I have learned the importance of understanding and recognising the tone scale and how this affects communication. Letting someone be who they are, let them be heard and listen.
