From Rock Bottom to Self-Discovery: Success Stories from the Restoring Self-Respect Course
By doing this course, I have gained an understanding of a way in which confidence and self-esteem can be damaged and an understanding of how confidence and self-esteem can be increased and a better understanding of feelings surrounding confidence and self-esteem and how confidence and self-esteem can change my life and by doing the Restoring Self-Respect course has shown me that simply following the precepts given in this book, The Way to Happiness, can be achieved. Happiness lies in taking part in activities that are worthwhile. But there is only one person who can tell for certain what will make one happy—oneself. The precepts given in this book are just the edges of the road when one doesn’t stick to them, one is like the motorist who drives off onto the verge the result can be the wreckage of the moment, the relationship, a life only one can say where the road goes because one sets his own goals for the future, for the relationship and for life. The way to happiness is a high-speed road for those who know where the edges are!!!

It has been beneficial for me to do this course because it has distilled two lessons of life and enabled moral growth for me. I will put into practice the lessons learned from the course confidently, knowing that it will make me a better person.

“I have really started to pick myself up from being at rock-bottom in my life.”
I have really started to pick myself up from being at rock bottom in my life. Since working on self-respect with Criminon, I at times lost interest while doing the course, but once a situation arose regarding my self-respect I would automatically return to the work and would gain knowledge from every lesson. I thank Criminon for their kind words during my course. Also, I would like to praise myself for sticking at it and completing something positive.

I feel I have benefitted from this course because it has allowed me to look at myself and my actions and see what kind of person I want to be. I was able to identify my strengths and find out what skills I need to build upon. I was able to understand and appreciate those surrounding me better, and want to work on improving those relationships.
